O lord, in how much pain am i,
I am in such pain, agony have I endured;
bearing agony, do not you see that,
Don't You know it, don't You see?
know that? if you are hiding
In the mental mansion if hidden You had been,
within the mental arena,
Then You're not deaf; why don't You hear?
why do not you listen as if not deaf.

i have called hundreds of time,
A hundred hundred times have I called unto You
in pleasure and pain
With tears of pain in fortune and misfortune.
with tears of pain in the eyes.
You cast a glance not back, spoke not a word;
Still you do not see,
I don't grasp: what's this Your methodology!
do not speak out,

what a system is yours,
Riding on light's chariot at speed just meteoric,
i do not understand.
With a vital flurry You keep racing forward.
Riding the chariot of light,
Solitary, I am here, at a far distance;
with the speed of meteorite,
In both light and shadow is my coming and going.
you go on running forward,
with wholehearted impulse.
I am in isolation at faroff place,
with my coming and going
with light and shade.

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Kata kleshe áchi vedaná sayechi
Tumi ki jáno ná dekho ná
Maner maiṋjile lukiye jadi chile
Badhir nao kena shono ná

D́ekechi tomáre shata shata báre
Vipade sampade vyathár áṋkhiniire
Phire tákáo ni katháo kao ni
E kii riiti tava bujhi ná

Álor rathe caŕe ulkári vege
Sumukhe dheye jáo práńer saḿvege
Ámi ekánte áchi dúránte
Álo cháyáy mor ánágoná

I am in such pain, agony have I endured;
Don't You know it, don't You see?
In the mental mansion if hidden You had been,
Then You're not deaf; why don't You hear?

A hundred hundred times have I called unto You
With tears of pain in fortune and misfortune.
You cast a glance not back, spoke not a word;
I don't grasp: what's this Your methodology!

Riding on light's chariot at speed just meteoric,
With a vital flurry You keep racing forward.
Solitary, I am here, at a far distance;
In both light and shadow is my coming and going.
