Phágun másete phág niye kheli
(Ámi) Águn niye to kheli ná
Vaner águn niváiyá pheli
Maner águne jvali ná

Stabdha nishiithe phúlera vanete
Cupi cupi cali surabhi d́hálite
Phulera madhute ańute ańute
(Ámi) Milemishe tháki bali ná

Álote cháyáte sabár hiyáte
Bhálabásá bhari pale vipalete
Shishur hásite jyotsnáráshite
(Ámi) Sudhádhárá áni bhuli ná
Ámi kákeo kakhano chali ná

ফাগুন মাসেতে ফাগ নিয়ে খেলি
(আমি) আগুন নিয়ে তো খেলি না
বনের আগুন নিবাইয়া ফেলি
মনের আগুনে জ্বলি না

স্তব্ধ নিশীথে ফুলের বনেতে
চুপি চুপি চলি সুরভিত ঢালিতে
ফুলের মধুতে অণুতে অণুতে
(আমি) মিলেমিশে থাকি বলি না

আলোতে ছায়াতে সবার হিয়াতে
ভালবাসা ভরি পলে বিপলেতে
শিশুর হাসিতে জ্যোৎস্নারাশিতে
(আমি) সুধাধারা আনি ভুলি না
আমি কাকেও কখনো ছলি না

In spring we play with colour, not with fire.
We extinguish the fires of mind.

In the stillness of night we move silently,
to exude aroma in the flower garden.

Imperceptibly, i remain inextricably associated
with floral nectar,
with each atom of light and shade.

I fill every heart with love every moment.
I pour forth streams of nectar in the moonlight
and in the smiles of children.
I never forget to do it.
I never deceive anybody.
