Rarh: The Cradle of Civilization is a book written by Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar. In this book Sarkar called Rarh (a large area of West Bengal, India) as the "cradle" of human civilization. The book was first published in 1981.[1]

Dedication

The book was dedicated to the "outstanding people" of Rarh. Sarkar wrote in the dedication message:

To the sacred memory of all those outstanding personalities of Ráŕh who, by their sacrifice, perseverance and humanistic efforts, have illuminated the face of universal humanity.
