Cukiye diyei man bharábo

Bhevechilum buddhi diye
Sabi pábo ásh mit́iye

Krpár kańái ceye nobo

Kśudra jiiver brhat áshá
Ańur bukei bhúmár básá
(Shishir bhará) súrjáloke
Rauṋe rauṋe ráuṋiye dobo

রূপের জগৎ পেরিয়ে গিয়ে
অরূপ তোমায় কাছে পাব
চাওয়া-পাওয়ার হিসাব-নিকাশ
চুকিয়ে দিয়েই মন ভরাব

ভেবেছিলুম বুদ্ধি দিয়ে
সবই পাব আশ মিটিয়ে
(চেয়ে দেখি) সবই ফাঁকি
কৃপার কণাই চেয়ে নোব
