Arúp tumi ese gele
Chande sure ápan kare
Sabáre t́ánile

Táráy táráy bhará ákásh
Manda madhur bahe vátás
Halká háoyáy dole je kásh
Sádá pákhná mele

Tomáy jáná sahaj je nay
Priiti shudhu páy paricay
Mukharatá múk haye ray
Tomáy káche pele

রূপসায়রের আঙ্গিনাতে
অরূপ তুমি এসে’ গেলে
ছন্দে সুরে আপন করে’
সবারে টানিলে

তারায় তারায় ভরা আকাশ
মন্দ মধুর বহে বাতাস
হালকা হাওয়ায় দোলে যে কাশ
সাদা পাখনা মেলে’

তোমায় জানা সহজ যে নয়
প্রীতি শুধু পায় পরিচয়
মুখরতা মূক হয়ে রয়
তোমায় কাছে পেলে

O formless lord,
into the arena of the ocean of forms,
you came down.
by making all your own
with rhythm and melody,
you pulled all.
the sky is full of stars
and the breeze was blowing
sweetly and gently.
by light wind the tall grass swings
spreading its white wings.
It is not easy to know you,
only by love your acquaintance
can be understood.
by finding You near,
the eloquence becomes dumb.
