The Process of Initiation is the second chapter of Ananda Marga Caryacarya Part 1. In this chapter Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar described how a child should be initiated in Nama Mantra.

Synopsis

Sarkar told, when a child will be five years old and will gain some mental awareness, he will need to be initiated in Nama Mantra (the initial process of meditation). A child has to be taught to sit in padmasana (lotus posture), but instead of interlocking the fingers, they may rest one palm upon the other; and keep the spine erect. They will also be taught and instructed to imagine that everything around him or her is Brahma.
