Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomár páne cali tomákei bháviyá
Ámár jáhá kichu rahiyá geche pichu
Man theke dáo muchiyá

Já karechi já kari ni
Kise kata sukha gláni
Mánavádháre ese jáhá karite pári ni
Bháviyá náhi káj bhávibo tomáre áj
Paráńa bhariyá

Sumukhe álokashikhá kapále jayer t́iká
He deva egiye jábo pathe rekho náko d́háká
Tomár icchámata káj kare jábo shata
Tomáre satata smariyá

O lord, i move towards you on your path, ever ideating on you.
whatever mine is left behind, that you wipe out from my mind.
whatever i do, whatever i do not do,
who is having how much happiness or agony,
coming into human base, whatever i could not do,
all that work i shall not think,
only i shall think about you wholeheartedly.
With lamp flame in the front, victory mark on the forehead,
o lord, i shall move forward on the path,
do not keep any veil.
i shall go on doing hundreds of your work as per your wish,
remembering you all the time.
