Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomáre jánái prańám
Shata shata
Náhi kona mán náhi kona abhimán
He cira mahán shubhavrata

Sab shubha bhávanár tumi saḿskrti
Sab áshá bharasár tumii pratiiti
Tomár carańa cái tomár sharańa cái
He cira amalin anásakta

Otajoge bhare ácha tumi sabákár hiyá
Protajoge ek sáthe dekha sabáre cáhiyá
Tava anurakti ahetukii priiti
Shiyare jege áche satata

O lord,
I offer unto you my hundreds of salutations!

O ever great one with the auspicious vow!
There is no pride in you,
nor injuries and agony
nor ego.

You are the basis of all auspicious ideas.
You are the realisation of all hopes and loves.

I want your shelter and your feet.
O ever bright and unattached one!

You filled everyone's heart individually
by your otah yoga
and lovingly look after all
by your protah yoga.

Your love and causeless grace,
ever awakens shiverings in me.
