O lord,
Only by loving Thee, Earth
the earth became so beautiful by your love.
Became beautiful in both form and flavor.
On budding of a grace-mote Thine,
With the flag of compassion, Earth does smile.

By your grace,
In the flower pollen, manifest with affection,
a mark of mercy appeared in the floral pollen.
On a breeze devotion-filled,
A sweet scent is churning the world-consciousness;
It blows with such rush of emotion.

Amidst floral pollen,
Earth's sweetness, coated with greenery,
evolved melodies,
Casting upward all its glory,
and the love filled sandal breeze,
It professes its own love to welcome Thee;
fragrance blows by your inspiration,
It runs to You with such glee.
churning the minds of the universe.

The greenness filled sweetness of the earth,
disseminates your quality of greatness.
It rushes towards you,
adoring you
and declaring you as most beloved one.

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomárei bhálobásiyái dhará
Sundar hala rúpe rase
Tomári krpákańara korake
Karuńáketane se je háse

Puśpaparáge vikashita ráge
Malayánile bhará anuráge
Vishvamánasa mathiyá surabhi
Bahiyá beŕáy kii rabhase

Shyámalimá mákhá dharára mádhurii
Sakal mahimá utkśep kari
Tomárei nija priya bale vari
Tava páne dháy kii haraśe

Only by loving Thee, Earth
Became beautiful in both form and flavor.
On budding of a grace-mote Thine,
With the flag of compassion, Earth does smile.

In the flower pollen, manifest with affection,
On a breeze devotion-filled,
A sweet scent is churning the world-consciousness;
It blows with such rush of emotion.

Earth's sweetness, coated with greenery,
Casting upward all its glory,
It professes its own love to welcome Thee;
It runs to You with such glee.
