Tumi ásiyácho tamah náshiyácho
Duhkher udadhi shukháyeche
Bhálobásiyácho marme hesecho
Mukul phút́iyá ut́hiyáche

Iishán końete jamechilo jata
Puiṋjiibhúta megherá
Kothá bhese gelo táhárá
Báṋshii bájáyecho hási bhariyácho
Kusuma surabhi chaŕáyeche

Hata máne anádare je citta
Ek páshe chilo paŕiyá
Tár sab gláni gelo sariyá
Nandita hiyá káná upaciyá
Vishve pláviyá diyáche

তুমি আসিয়াছো তমঃ নাশিয়াছো
দুঃখের উদধি শুকায়েছে
ভালোবাসিয়াছো মর্মে হেসেছো
মুকুল ফুটিয়া উঠিয়াছে

ঈশান কোণেতে জমেছিলো যত
পুঞ্জীভূত মেঘেরা
কোথা ভেসে গেলো তাহারা
বাঁশী বাজায়েছো হাসি ভরিয়াছো
কুসুম সুরভি ছড়ায়েছে

হত মানে অনাদরে যে চিত্ত
এক পাশে ছিলো পড়িয়া
তার সব গ্লানি গেলো সরিয়া
নন্দিত হিয়া কানা উপচিয়া
বিশ্বে প্লাবিয়া দিয়াছে

O lord!
You came,
removed the darkness
and dried the ocean of sorrows.

You loved,
smiled into the core of my mind,
and made buds bloom.

Clouds that had assembled
in the northeastern sky,
floated away.

You played the flute,
filled all with joy
and spread out floral fragrance.

The agonies of those neglected and dishonoured,
those lying aside,
were all removed.

Overwhelming hearts to the brim
with joy,
You flooded this world.
