O lord,
Unattended You had been, then You became billions;
You were alone
With contours You got scattered.
and became innumerable,
You Who'd been ineffable sank into name and form;
multiplying your forms.
You came within realm of detection.

You were unexpressed,
You'd been giving expectation over many ages;
and in order to touch the earth,
Fulfilling that expectation, You descended.
manifested with name and form,
You arrived within psyche, You arrived within heart...
You brought with You acquisition, more than needed.

You have been giving assurance,
The unmanifest condition is upheld by Your liila,
ages after ages,
Well-achieved through Your echoing vibrations.
to fulfil that hope
With Your cadence and song in everybody's mind and heart,
You manifested yourself.
Dancing to Your many beats, they all depart.

You came in mind and in life
and brought with you attainability.

This created universe is maintained by your divine game.
It is an imaginative outburst of your resonance.
Along your rhythm
all dance on in joy -
rhythm after rhythm.

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tumi eká chile kot́i kot́i hale
Rúpe chaŕiye gele
Avyakte chile náme rúpe námile
Dharáchoṋyáy ele

Tumi jug jug dhare áshá ditechile
Se áshá púrńa kare námiyá ele
Tumi mane ele tumi práńe ele
Páoyár atirikta sáthe ánile

Ei visrśt́i tava liiláte vidhrta
Tava anurańane abhiklrpta
Tava chande gáne sabe mane práńe
Nece cale jáy tava tále tále

Unattended You had been, then You became billions;
With contours You got scattered.
You Who'd been ineffable sank into name and form;
You came within realm of detection.

You'd been giving expectation over many ages;
Fulfilling that expectation, You descended.
You arrived within psyche, You arrived within heart...
You brought with You acquisition, more than needed.

The unmanifest condition is upheld by Your liila,
Well-achieved through Your echoing vibrations.
With Your cadence and song in everybody's mind and heart,
Dancing to Your many beats, they all depart.
