Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tumi esechile
(Mor) Manera końe
Cupisáre
Pavane svanane cáṋpára vane
Dolá diye shatadháre

Dolá dekhe bujhilám tumi esecho
Jugántarer d́ák áj shunecho
Ámár maner kathá jene niyecho
Eta sukh bali káháre

Se doláy nece jáy pashu pákhii
Chande tále laye shákhá shákhii
Vihval áveshe jáháre dekhi
Udvel pete tomáre

You had gained entry
To my mental cranny,
Stealthily.
In bower of magnolia, with sound on breeze,
A shake is given to and fro in a hundred streams.

On seeing the swing, You've arrived– I understood;
My invitation since ages, today You have heard.
You have taken notice of my inner words;
Such bliss... to whom will I speak?

With that swaying go on dancing animals and birds;
In tempo, beat, and rhythm are the trees and branches.
Whatever I view is overwhelmed with passion,
Enthusiastic to attain Thee.
