O lord,
Have You gone and forgot me, Lord;
have you forgotten me,
So now You never come?
or why do you not come?
Why, after giving hope, desperation You beget;

Having made a promise, do You renege?
Why did you give me assurance
and brought about hopelessness?
After giving your words,
You did not keep them.
You always bring up new types of hopes.

After placing something in my hands,
You vanish with the moon.
You vanish in the nick of time.

Why do you not think about me?
New and newer hope, ever and again You grant;
I am a traveler of time immemorial.
You make me tempted to obtain the moon in hand.
At the last minute, then You halt and vanish;
My condition, why don't You consider?

I move on your path
From time out of mind I am but a pilgrim;
with you only as my desideratum.
On Your path I walk, and You are the destination.
Look at me ignoring my faults,
Look in my direction, keep overlooking flaws;
and turn my sa'dhana' fruitful.
Devotional struggle, please make it fruitful.

Tumi ki bhule gecho amay is the 1497th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tumi ki bhule gecho ámáy (prabhu)
Tabe kena kabhu áso ná
Kena áshá diye niráshá ánáo
Kathá diye kathá rákho ná

Nava nava áshá niti niti dáo
Háte cáṋd pete lubdha karáo
Carama kśańete sariyá dáṋŕáo
Mor kathá kena bhávo ná

Anádikáler pathik je ámi
Tava pathe cali lakśyao tumi
Mor páne cáo trut́i bhule jáo
Sárthaka karo sádhaná

Have You gone and forgot me, Lord;
So now You never come?
Why, after giving hope, desperation You beget;
Having made a promise, do You renege?

New and newer hope, ever and again You grant;
You make me tempted to obtain the moon in hand.
At the last minute, then You halt and vanish;
My condition, why don't You consider?

From time out of mind I am but a pilgrim;
On Your path I walk, and You are the destination.
Look in my direction, keep overlooking flaws;
Devotional struggle, please make it fruitful.
