Vatayane basi bhavi divanishi is the 1820th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Vátáyane basi bhávi divánishi
Ke bá se je bháve ámáre
Tár alasa prahare
Shayane svapane nide jágarańe
Ámi shudhu bhávi táháre

Ke go tumi prabhu vishrám nái
Aśt́a prahar vyasta sadái
Ámi shudhu bhávi tomár kathái
Tumi bhávo sárá saḿsáre

Ámi kśudra tumi sumahán
Anáther náth jagateri práń
Tava karuńáy sabe eka tán
Ek práńe jáce tomáre

Sitting in the balcony, i think day and night, who is that who
thinks about me in his leisure time. i go on thinking about
Him in dream, slumber, sleep or awakened state. o lord,
who is that you for whom there is no rest? you are always
busy all the twentyfour hours. i ever think only about
you. you think of the whole world. i am a meager,
but you are very great. you are the protector of the
destitute and very life of the universe. by your mercy,
all in unison with one mind seek you.
