E phálgunii púrńimáy
Amarár váńii niye esecho
Shubhrojjval e jyotsnáy

Ek haye geche áj báhir bhitar
Svapna o vástave nei antar
Maner baláká uŕe deshántar
Parke kareche ghar dúr niilimáy

Ná-bhávár májhe bhává áse jháṋke jháṋk
Ná-balá balár májhe nei kona pháṋk
Kán pete shuńe jáy sabe sei d́ák
Je d́ák siimáy asiimer gán gáy

কী কল্পলোক আজি রচেছো
এ ফাল্গুনী পূর্ণিমায়
অমরার বাণী নিয়ে এসেছো
শুভ্রোজ্জ্বল এ জ্যোৎস্নায়

এক হয়ে গেছে আজ বাহির-ভিতর
স্বপ্ন ও বাস্তবে নেই অন্তর
মনের বলাকা উড়ে দেশান্তর
পরকে করেছে ঘর দূর নীলিমায়

না-ভাবার মাঝে ভাবা আসে ঝাঁকে ঝাঁক
না-বলা বলার মাঝে নেই কোন ফাঁক
কান পেতে' শুণে' যায় সবে সেই ডাক
যে ডাক সীমায় অসীমের গান গায়

Today what realm of fancy have You created
On this Phalgun full-moon day?
You have come with the message of heaven,
With this moonlight, brightly ablaze.

Today outer and inner, become one they have;
There's no disparity between dream and fact.
Mind's flight of geese migrates to a distant land;
A house on far azure with alien it's made.

The unimagined within thought comes in bevy;
Between spoken and unspoken, no gap is there.
That same call, all listening keep hearing;
At frontier, the call sings Infinity's lay.
