O Lord, I have never loved You,
Yourself I held not dear;
but You have loved me
But You have loved
since ages after ages.
Me for ages.
Your effulgence I have darkened,
With Your light I produce ebony;
but mercifully, You have remained
But taking pity, You're alert and present.
awake within my head. I am a meager

atom in Your universe.
In Your universe I'm an atom trite;
My mind and body is due to Your grace.
By Your grace are mind and body mine.
I move around You, kindling Your light,
Around You I move; neath a light but Yours I gleam;
surviving by Your impulse.
I stay alive, Lord, by only Your fervid power.
With heavenly upsurge,

You go on floating,
You go on floating with heavenly emotion;
pardoning the ego of this meager atom.
The egotism of an atom, to it You grant pardon.
In the stream of Your mercy,
In current of Your kindness, with dance Earth is intoxicated.
the earth is intoxicated in dance.
In both grief and glee  You're present, inextricably united.
You remain individually and collectively
associated.
