Anandamurti starts the discourse by stating the three expressions and the four approaches of Human Beings. He goes on explaining that the psycho-spiritual approach is a specialty of Human beings and does not exist in animals. Anandamurti goes on explaining that Human beings in their spiritual practice are making efforts to lessen the distance between them and [[Parama Purusa]] and they do that while maintaining a subjective approach with objective adjustment.
