Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that all expressions or manifestations come from the Supreme. He is the controller of actions, the supervisor as well as the witnessing entity. Without His reflection, nothing can exist. He is the shelter of all physical and psychic beings. Anandamurti then explains that without the permission of [[Parama Purusa]] the operative principle cannot function. The cosmic entity is also termed ''Kevalam'' (the only one Supreme Lord) and ''Gunahiina'' (beyond attribution and free of bondage).  Anandamurti goes on explaining that unlike mythological gods, the people's God wears no adornments. His disciples are His precious jewels, and to worship Him no money is needed.<ref name="AV4"/>
