Everything from our internal cells to the solar system is always moving. Anandamurti then explains that when due to a decrease in mobility stagnation in society occurs, its not enough to go back to the normal speed. Rather, movement must be accelerated in order to deal with the piles of garbage that remained due to such deterioration. Anandamurti goes on saying that human beings have to cast aside lethargy and become active in promoting the welfare of all. Human beings have to think internally that they are not inferior to anyone and that they possess the capabilities to do work, not for their own welfare but for the welfare of others. They must wake up and beif human beings are to know only one entity, they should know the One Supreme Lord.
