Usage

{{subst:rfd2|redirect=RedirectName|target=TargetArticle|text=The action you would like to occur (deletion, re-targeting, etc.) and the rationale for that action.}} ~~~~

This template must be substituted (i.e. subst: must be used), otherwise an error will appear. When posted correctly, an external link labeled "stats" will be the last item in parentheses, as in the two examples below.

To list multiple redirects under the same heading, delete the |text= parameter and use in conjunction with the {{rfd2m}} template.
