This template should always be substituted, i.e. use {{subst:Uw-delete4}}. Any accidental transclusions will be automatically substituted by a bot.

Usage:

{{subst:Uw-delete4|article}} references a specific article

{{subst:Uw-delete4|article|additional text}} adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thanks" or "Thank you"
