Tabu áchi priyatama

Bhávár kabhu sheś ki habe
Ámáy tomár kare neve
Tumi priya udbhásibe
Hrday alakáy

তোমার কথা ভেবে’ ভেবে’
দিন যে চলে’ যায়
ভাবার স্রোতে আছি মেতে’
কিনারা নাই তায়

সিন্ধুতে বুদ্‌বুদের সম
মহাকাশে মূল্য মম
তবু আছি প্রিয়তম
আশা ঝলকায়

ভাবার কভু শেষ কি হবে
আমায় তোমার করে’ নেবে
তুমি প্রিয় উদ্ভাসিবে
হৃদয়-অলকায়
