Rekhe jáo shubhra shucilekhá

Varaśár ghana tamasára ráte
Bijali sama jhalasáo je priya (tumi)
Shiharita pulakita niipareńute
Surabhi d́háliyá dáo atulaniiya (tumi)
Bháuṋgá buke áshá bhará ráuṋá alaká (tumi)

Satata calár pathe dáo prerańá (tumi)
Bádháte thámiyá jete kabhu bala ná
Niśpráń hiyá májhe ucchalatá
Chande varńe bhará madhu tanuká (tumi)

তুমি অন্ধকারে জ্যোতিরেখা
সকল গ্লানি সরিয়ে দিয়ে’ (তুমি)
রেখে’ যাও শুভ্র শুচিলেখা

বরষার ঘন তমসার রাতে
বিজলি সম ঝলসাও যে প্রিয় (তুমি)
শিহরিত পুলকিত নীপরেণুতে
সুরভি ঢালিয়া দাও অতুলনীয় (তুমি)
ভাঙ্গা বুকে আশা-ভরা রাঙা অলকা (তুমি)

সতত চলার পথে দাও প্রেরণা (তুমি)
বাধাতে থামিয়া যেতে কভু বল না
নিষ্প্রাণ হিয়া মাঝে উচ্ছলতা
ছন্দে বর্ণে ভরা মধু তনুকা (তুমি)

O lord,
You are the ray of hope in the darkness.

Removing all agonies,
You drew a bright pious mark.

O dear one,
amidst the dark and rainy night,
You shine like the lightning.

O incomparable one,
on the shivering,
yet smiling, niipa bud pollen,
You poured fragrance.

You are the encouraging heavenly melody,
to a broken heart.

You continuously provide inspirations
for the onward movements on the path.

You never encourage to pause due to obstruction.
You are activity to a dead heart.
You are the sweet embodiment,
full of rhythm and colours.
