- ^ In all of the published Bengali source, nái is given. However, the note-taking team consistently sings it as nei. They are essentially the same word, with nei being a colloquial version. Given the rhyme scheme of this song, nei makes more sense after the second and third verse (when the second line of the first verse is repeated as a refrain), whereas nái works best only in the first verse (and perhaps a repetition of that whole verse at the conclusion of the song).
