- ^ The original notation shows this word variably as desher and deshe. Both are possible, but the meaning of this line and even the sense of the entire song becomes quite different. While the Second Bengali Edition[2] shows desher, here we prefer deshe. With desher, the translation would become: At the end of shadow's realm, having appeared.
