Badhir diirghakál thákár pare
Práńer d́ák tumi shuńiyácha

Kishalay patra parńa hala
Já dekhechi tár gách páthar ná rahila
Krpá hala sheśe tumi ele
Práptir ánande hiyá bharecha (tumi)

Kata kii je liilá jána bujhite náhi pári
Avák vismaye shudhu tomáre heri
Tumii jána tava liilá mahimá
Ámár práń man púta karecha

আমার আহ্বানে সাড়া দিয়েছ (তুমি}
বধির দীর্ঘকাল থাকার পরে
প্রাণের ডাক তুমি শুণিয়াছ

কিশলয় পত্র পর্ণ হ’ল
যা’ দেখেছি তার গাছ-পাথর না রহিল
কৃপা হ’ল শেষে তুমি এলে
প্রাপ্তির আনন্দে হিয়া ভরেছ (তুমি)

কত কী যে লীলা জান বুঝিতে নাহি পারি
অবাক বিস্ময়ে শুধু তোমারে হেরি
তুমিই জান তব লীলা মহিমা
আমার প্রান-মন পূত করেছ

O lord,
You responded to my call.

Remaining deaf for a long time,
You heard the call of my heart.

The tender leaves matured.
And whatever i now see,
is that those trees
have shaken stones.

In the end, your grace came about.
You came and filled my heart
with the bliss of attainment.

how much of this illusive divine game, liila',
