O lord,
Listening to many, giving thought to many,
after having heard much
I have loved only Thee.
and having thought a lot,
Roving heaven, hell, mountain, and cavern,
I finally decided to love you.
I have found just one gem.


After roaming through the sky,
I know that love does not heed logic;
in hell,
Having loved, I crave not liberation.
in mountains and in caves,
I love on account of getting bliss;
only one gem could i find.
Precisely this is the gist of all my knowlege.


I know love does not care for logic nor reasoning.
Your work I'll keep doing as much as I'm able,
I do not love you to attain liberation.
Above all else remembering the supreme devotion.
I love you to get bliss.
I love for the sake of giving bliss;
This is the essence of all i know.
Precisely this is my final realization.
 
I will continue doing your work
to whatever extent i am able to,
keeping in mind the highest devotion.
