Diiner kathá tumi káne tolo ná
Járá śodaśopacáre arghya sájáy
Keval táderi kathá bholo ná

Bhul mor bháuṋgiyáche bujhechi tomáy
Dhará tumi dáo shudhu bhálabásáy
Naevedya nay arghyo nay
Maner shucitá tava upásanáy

Samájer bhed vibheda máni ná
Cáo ná káro prati vaiṋcaná
Áshár álo dekhiye chalo ná
Táito tomáte púrńa sádhaná

ভেবেছিলুম তুমি আসবে নাকো
দীনের কথা তুমি কানে তোল না
যারা ষোড়শোপচারে অর্ঘ্য সাজায়
কেবল তাদেরই কথা ভোল না

ভুল মোর ভাঙ্গিয়াছে বুঝেছি তোমায়
ধরা তুমি দাও শুধু ভালবাসায়
নৈবেদ্য নয় অর্ঘ্যও নয়

সমাজের ভেদ-বিভেদ মানি না
