O lord, during such an intense rain,
In this heavy rain You've come today;
you came today, what a grace of Your?
It's Your amazing mercy,
on each leaf, rain was dropping;
Your mercy.
tears were shed on the flowers.
Upon every leaf a stream of rain has fallen;
the blue sky was covered with dark clouds,
Shed from the blossom have been tears.
at such scene, the peacocks in the forest

started dancing. the mental peacock wants
Blue sky veiled by dark clouds getting propelled;
you close, come this time still closer.
A peacock of forest has danced at that spectacle.
the lines of lightning shine brilliantly,
Peacock of mind has longed for You adjacent;
in the roar of thunder all other sounds were lost.
This time, still closer please appear.
i am stating the story of my mind only before you,

that you make me your own.
Every now and then lightning-streaks have startled;
By thunder's loud report other sound has been defeated.
Mind's inmost thought I utter in just Your presence;
Your very own please make me.

Ei ghana varasay esecho aji is the 2646th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Ei ghana varaśáy esecho áji
Eki krpá tomár
Krpá tomár
Pátáy pátáy jaladhárá paŕiteche
Kusume jhariche áṋkhidhár

Niilákásh kálo meghe d́hákiyá pheliyáche
Vaner mayúr sei drshye náciteche
Maner mayúr káche tomáre cáhiteche
Áro nikat́e eso ebár

Vidyullatá ghana ghana camakiche
Vajrer nirghośe ár dhvani háriyeche
Maner kathá kai shudhu tomári káche
Ámáre karo ápanár

In this heavy rain You've come today;
It's Your amazing mercy,
Your mercy.
Upon every leaf a stream of rain has fallen;
Shed from the blossom have been tears.

Blue sky veiled by dark clouds getting propelled;
A peacock of forest has danced at that spectacle.
Peacock of mind has longed for You adjacent;
This time, still closer please appear.

Every now and then lightning-streaks have startled;
By thunder's loud report other sound has been defeated.
Mind's inmost thought I utter in just Your presence;
Your very own please make me.
