Elei jakhan kena cale gele is the 1074th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Elei jakhan kena cale gele
Kena gele tumi bala
Tumi bala
Áshá phulad́ore beṋdhe rekhe gele
Áṋkhi chila chalachala

Páśáń káráy baddha chilum
Páśáńete phul phut́iyechilum
Se phul ámár tomáy dilum
Hiyá hala ucchala

Anádi káler bandhu ámár
Ananta sudhádhárá vasudhár
Anale anile sab sattáy
Práńrase caiṋcala

O lord,
having come into my life,
why did you again leave?
Please tell me.

You kept me tied to the floral thread of hope,
and going away, left me stranded with tearful eyes.

I was bound in the stone prison (of materialism),
yet, in the stones itself i bloomed a flower.

That flower i offered to you,
with all my heart.

O eternal companion of mine
from beginingless time,
You are the stream of infinite nectar on this earth.
In fire and in air,
in all entities,
You remain vibrant with vigour.
