O lord,
How often I've arrived and how much the love,
I came innumerable times,
How many the tears shed and smiles beamed around Thee,
I loved much,
Intellect discerns not, and intuition does not fathom
I cried and smiled for you.
Why am I frequently coming and going.

My intellect does not know of it,
From olden times Your cadence,
intuition also fails to realise it.
It goes on flowing with a bliss measureless.
Why this coming and going?
No one can suppress that thing;
Again and again?
In circles all spin round You only.

From time immemorial, in your rhythm,
Hey God of Gods, Your information,
immeasurable bliss floats adrift.
It cannot be contained by any chronicle.
None can stop it,
Statements in essays of reason and logic,
as all revolve around you in circles.
On the waters of kindness sail off somewhere.

O lord of all divinities,
Your glory surpasses all history.
All points of logic,
reasoning and scriptures,
fade away in the waters of your mercy.

Katabar asa kata bhalabasa is the 1966th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Katabár ásá kata bhálabásá
Kata káṋdá hásá tomáre ghire
Buddhi jáne ná bodhi bojhe ná
Kena jáoyá ásá báre báre

Anádi theke tomár chanda
Bahe niye jáy amitánanda
Kehai táháre rodhite ná páre
Tomátei ghore cakrákáre

He devádidev tomár váratá
Bharite ná páre kona itikathá
Jukti-tarkashástrer kathá
Kothá bhese jáy karuńániiŕe

How often I've arrived and how much the love,
How many the tears shed and smiles beamed around Thee,
Intellect discerns not, and intuition does not fathom
Why am I frequently coming and going.

From olden times Your cadence,
It goes on flowing with a bliss measureless.
No one can suppress that thing;
In circles all spin round You only.

Hey God of Gods, Your information,
It cannot be contained by any chronicle.
Statements in essays of reason and logic,
On the waters of kindness sail off somewhere.
