Sakal áṋdhár sariye diye
Karle álo vasundhará

Tomár sauṋge mor paricay
Kata juger ke jáne táy
Notun álor jhilike áj
Bahále jharńádhárá

Eso práńe eso mane
Mohana rúpe sauṋgopane
Ásh met́áte man bharáte
Madhura tumi madhubhará

কে গো এলে সুধা-ঝরা
সকল আঁধার সরিয়ে দিয়ে
করলে আলো বসুন্ধরা

তোমার সঙ্গে মোর পরিচয়
কত যুগের কে জানে তায়
নোতুন আলোর ঝিলিকে আজ
বহালে ঝর্ণাধারা

এসো প্রাণে এসো মনে
মোহন রূপে সঙ্গোপনে
আশ মেটাতে মন ভরাতে
মধুর তুমি মধুভরা

Spreading nectar,
who is that who came,
removing all darkness
and illuminating the earth?

My introduction with you
took place several ages back.
No one knows when.

You have flown forth
the stream of new and shining light.
