Mane chilo asha tomake sajabo is the 1794th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Mane chilo áshá tomáke sájábo
Nija kánaner phuladale
Áshá ná purilo kál baye gelo
Shishirágháte phul gelo cale

Puśpashajyá nije raciyáchi
Sajatane jal secana karechi
Hrdayera madhu se phule d́helechi
Madhupa tomáke dobo bale

Kál paribhúte sabe jáy áse
Ámár kánan punah jena háse
Tomár chavit́i sadá jena bháse
Ráge anuráge pale pale

O lord, i hoped that i shall decorate you with flower
petals from my own garden. that desire was not fulfilled
and time passed, by impact of dewdrops, the flowers
withered away. i myself made a bed of flowers and kept
it wet carefully. i had pored the honey of my heart into
those flowers, for offering you o bee. with the boundary
of time all go and come. i assume that my garden would
again smile and your image would ever appear with
love and affection each moment.
