Mákhibár áshe jegechila

Puśpaparáge esechile

(Takhan) Nácitechila se malayánile
Mugdha mayúr mátiyá
Dulitechila se divya dyutite
Mahodadhi dvidhá daliyá
(Tumi) Sakal mahimá sakal garimá

ওগো সুন্দর তুমি এসেছিলে
সুমধুর হাসি যে হেসেছিলে
তুমি দ্যুলোকের দ্যুতি এনেছিলে
মোর মর্মাসনে বসেছিলে

কচি কিশলয় কাননে তখন
কঞ্চনকলি ঢাকা ছিল
মনের মধুপ তোমার মাধুরী
মাখিবার আশে জেগেছিল
(সেই) প্রিয় পরিবেশে প্রাণের পরশে
পুষ্পপরাগে এসেছিলে

(তখন) নাচিতেছিল সে মলয়ানিলে
মুগ্ধ ময়ূর মাতিয়া
দুলিতেছিল সে দিব্য দ্যুতিতে
মহোদধি দ্বিধা দলিয়া
(তুমি) সকল মহিমা সকল গরিমা
ভুলে’ মোর প্রাণে ভেসেছিলে

O beautiful lord,
You came and smiled sweetly.

Spreading heavenly effulgence,
You sat on the inner recess of my heart.
In my garden,
buds were covered with tender leaves.

My mental bee remained awake,
hoping to become absorbed in your sweetness.

In that loving environment,
with a lively touch,
pollen appeared in flowers.

Enchanted by the sandal breeze,
peacocks then began to dance.

And with divine effulgence,
the ocean started swinging freely.

You entered into my life,
forgetting your grandeur and attributes.
