Bali ná kabhu thámite

Shakti jogái jujhite
Ámi rauṋin álo amalin bhálo
Sarái duhkha tomár

পথেরই কাঁটা নহিকো আমি

I am not a thorn of the path.
I am the essence of floral nectar.

I bring about an upward flow by reversing the ebb.

Moving on a pebbled and rough path,

During sandstorms and hot sands,

I am a colourful illumination,
lovely and bright,
removing all your sorrows.

When no one stays,

When no one wants,
I shall call.

I am yours and
you are mine.

I am a part and parcel of this world.
