O dear, in this spring season, the colour that you
Darling, at [[:wikipedia:Falgun|spring's advent]], pigment You have poured,
have poured in my mental garden, it is touching.
Its touch gets felt in the psychic garden.
The sleeping bud has bloomed up and is frenzied
On Your own, You have strewn it in both form and flavor,
with colours ignoring the surrounding. its petals
Rhythmical in its tune and in mode of music.
started dancing with deep love for you. the fog

is removed and colours appeared, the inertness of cold
Risen has the dormant bud awakening;
has gone away far. the birds have started chirping on the
By hue it's been whelmed, forgetting surroundings.
colourful branches. by that call love for you is awakened.
Flower petals, they have begun capering
In the dense affection of You only.

The mist has retreated, tints are adhering;
Winter sluggishness, it has gone far afield.
Upon painted branch, the bird has appealed;
With that call your love ditches sleep.

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Phálgune priya je rauṋ d́helecho
Manovane tár choṋyá láge
Rúpe rase nije chaŕiye paŕecho
Chandáyiita sure ráge

Ghumanta kali jágiyá ut́heche
Parivesh bhule varńe meteche
Pápŕiguli náciyá caleche
Tomári gabhiir anuráge

Kuyáshá sareche rauṋ dhariyáche
Shiiter áŕaśt́atá dúre sare geche
Rauṋin shákháy vihag d́ekeche
Se d́áke tomár priiti jáge

Darling, at spring's advent, pigment You have poured,
Its touch gets felt in the psychic garden.
On Your own, You have strewn it in both form and flavor,
Rhythmical in its tune and in mode of music.

Risen has the dormant bud awakening;
By hue it's been whelmed, forgetting surroundings.
Flower petals, they have begun capering
In the dense affection of You only.

The mist has retreated, tints are adhering;
Winter sluggishness, it has gone far afield.
Upon painted branch, the bird has appealed;
With that call your love ditches sleep.
