Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Phule phule sájále vanabhúmi
Ke go tumi
Mor májhe ele ná bale ná kaye
Tava jáoyá ásá madhura hásá
Ná jániye mor man gelo je niye

Shata dháre ámáre ghire rekhecho
Tava priiti tava giiti d́hele diyecho
Tumi ámár jáni dharite párini
Liilárase bhese jáo kii abhinaye

Tomáre jáná jáy dharite ná párá jáy
Kśudra sámarthye bujhe ot́há ná jáy
T́áno karuńá kare tava dyuti ságare
Ameya apár chande tále laye

You have decorated the forest with fruits and flowers,
who is that you? You came within me without speaking,
without telling. your coming and going, sweet smile,
have taken my mind unknowingly. you have kept me
surrounded with hundreds of styles.
you have poured your love and song.
i know that you are mine,
but i am unable to hold you,
You go on floating in the flow of your divine game,
liila’, what an acting is it? you may be known
but it is not possible to hold you,
with meager capacity, it is difficult to understand.
you pull by mercy into your ocean of effulgence,
with immeasurable unlimited rhythm, beats and melody.
