Phuler máliká shukáiyá geche
Pápŕi jhariyá geche tár
Tár e itikathá keu ki shońeni
Kareniko kona pratikár

Sajatane tolá phulguli chilo
Suśamá suváse chilo ucchala
Bháve o madhute chilo udvela
Keu ki dekheni e dharár

Sabár alakhe jhariyá paŕeche
Sabár carańe vinati kareche
Shono mor kathá bojho mor vyathá
Bhulio ná bheve bojhá bhár

ফুলের মালিকা শুকাইয়া গেছে
পাপড়ি ঝরিয়া গেছে তার
তার এ ইতিকথা কেউ কি শোনেনি
করেনিকো কোন প্রতিকার

সযতনে তোলা ফুলগুলি ছিলো
সুষমা সুবাসে ছিলো উচ্ছল
ভাবে ও মধুতে ছিলো উদ্বেল
কেউ কি দেখেনি এ ধরার

সবার অলখে ঝরিয়া পড়েছে
সবার চরণে বিনতি করেছে
শোনো মোর কথা বোঝো মোর ব্যথা
ভুলিও না ভেবে' বোঝা ভার

The floral garland has dried up;
its petals have withered down.
Their history no one heard,
neither any remedy was made.
The flowers were carefully lifted.
The beauty and the fragrance
were overwhelming with
the feelings and sweetness,
but nobody observed that on the earth.
It fell down unseen by all,
praying before all feet.
Listen to my talk, understand my agony,
do not ignore thinking that
it is difficult to understand.
