Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Phuler suváse tumi ke go ele
(Madhuvane) Nije dhará dile
Madhupa sama mane basile
Priitir kathá káńe káńe kahile

Sab priiti bhará chilo e phulavane
Mane hato kichu nei tava vihane
Tumi ele práń d́hálile vijane
Riktake sudhásikta karile

Bujhitám ná priiti káke bale
Jánitám ná bhúmá kichu ná bhole
Bujhechi jenechi tumi mor devatá
Ámár práńer práń liilá uchale

O who are you
who came with the fragrance of flowers
into my sweet floral garden,
and let yourself be held?

You stayed in my mind like a bee,
and whispered devotion and love
into my ears.
My floral garden became filled with only love.

It occurred to my mind
that in your absence,
nothing exists.

You came and poured life into vacuity,
filling emptiness with nectar.

I did not know what is called love.
I did not at all understand the cosmic entity.
Now i know and understand
that you are my only god,
overflowing with vivacity in the game of my life.
