Se chilo amar saunge nishidin is the 1507th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Se chilo ámár sauṋge nishidin
Chilo marmer májhe liin
Táre cinite pári ni
Dekhiyá dekhi ni

Aruń ravir raktimábháy
Alakár sur eneche dharáy
Káń pete ámi se sur shuńi ni
Se táne máti ni

Madhyáhneri mártańd́ete
Pralay chande nácite nácite
Vajra ághośe d́eke geche bhaye
Nikat́e ási ni

Sandhyáráger mlánimár májhe
Kambu kańt́he tári dhvani báje
Ahamiká made matta chilum
Sáŕá dite pári ni

He was with me day and night,
absorbed in the core of my heart.

I could not recognise him,
I could not understand him
even though i was observing him.

With the red radiance of the morning sun,
He brought a heavenly melody to the earth.
I did not listen to that melody attentively
and did not get intoxicated by its tune.

Under the mid-noon sun,
dancing through a devastating rhythm,
a thunderous voice called me,
but due to fear,
I did not go closer.

In the agony of the late noon,
Your sound resonated conch-shell-like.
But intoxicated with ego,
I did not respond to it.
