An unknown traveler has come.
One unknown traveler has appeared...
He brought about fruits, flowers and greeneries.
He appeared, He appeared, He appeared.
With fruits and flowers, He's infused greenery.

The air is saturated with sweet sandal fragrance.
Oh how sweetly blows the fragrant vernal breeze;
The moon pours forth its light bountifully.
The moon confers ambrosial light-beams lavishly.
Now earth abounds in the laughter of its blossoms;
All barriers, their bondage is broken.

The earth is now overflowing
Those of you who've remained slumbering,
with the smiles of flowers
Right this minute, get yourselves up, quickly!
that break asunder all obstructions.
He has come, everyone's most favorite,

With Him He has brought a basket of delightful treats.
Those still under the influence of sleep
should get up without delay.

The star of everyone's eye has come.
He brought with him heaps of joy.

Se ek ajana pathik eseche is the 754th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Se ek ajáná pathik eseche
Eseche eseche eseche
Phule phale shyámalimá bhare diyeche

Malayaja madhu váyu bahite ná páre
Jyotsnákirańa vidhu d́hále akátare
Phuler hásite dhará upaciyá paŕe
Sakal bádhár báṋdh tár bheuṋgeche

Ekhano ghumaghore rayecho járá
Ekhani ut́hiyá paŕo tárá tvará
Ásiyache sabákár nayanera tárá
Khushiir pasará se je sáthe eneche

One unknown traveler has appeared...
He appeared, He appeared, He appeared.
With fruits and flowers, He's infused greenery.

Oh how sweetly blows the fragrant vernal breeze;
The moon confers ambrosial light-beams lavishly.
Now earth abounds in the laughter of its blossoms;
All barriers, their bondage is broken.

Those of you who've remained slumbering,
Right this minute, get yourselves up, quickly!
He has come, everyone's most favorite,
With Him He has brought a basket of delightful treats.
