Tomáke pábo kon kále

Cupicupi hat́hat ese gele
Mor práń man jay kare nile
Káche ese mor kánete kahile

তোমায় আমায় দেখা হয়েছিল
স্বর্ণবালুকা-উপকূলে
ঊর্মিমালায় নর্তনরত
মহোদধির মন্দ্রিলে

বালুকাবেলায় রসে’ আনমনে
কাল কাটাতুম তারা গুনে’ গুনে’
ভাবিতে কখনও পারি নিকো মনে

চুপিচুপি হঠাৎ এসে’ গেলে
মোর প্রান-মন জয় করে’ নিলে
