Gharke mor kena náhi áse bal

Dáruń garame kena joŕe náhi jal
Nece geye d́aki ásháy tákái tháki
(Kena) Baṋdhuyá dúr theke kare chal

Palásh gáchete kena náhi dhare phal
Jár lági janam jár lági karam

জাড়েতে কেন নাহি ফোটে কমল
