Lord, this morning you came
In harmony with a morning melody,
in rhythmic steps
On my way to the forest, You came.
at the time of my visit to the forest.
You came to me along the footpath;
Swooping down like a kite,
You caught hold of my hand.

As i was on my way
At that time, my bun ring came undone,
You came,
Making my crown of kadam{{#tag:ref|The [[wikipedia:Neolamarckia cadamba|kadam]], also known as kadamba, is a genus of evergreen trees, native to the Indian subcontinent, Southern China, and Southeast Asia. swooping down like a hawk,
Unbidden, why did You come
catching hold of my hand.
To show me a familiar path?

The garland around my hair knot snapped,
With the magic of Your melodies, my heart was won;
my basket of kadamba flowers fell down.
With the rhythms of Your dance, my mind got lost.

For what purpose do You cultivate such friendship?
Why do you come
I don't ask for You; but, ignoring that, You come.
without notice, uninformed?
Why, to show me the path which i already know?

With the magic of your melody
my mind is intoxicated;
with the rhythmic cadence of your dance
my mind is overjoyed.

Why do you lavish your love on me?
I don't call you,
but you come
to flood me with joy.

Vihan kale tale tale is the 476th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Vihán kále tále tále
Vanke jábár kále eli go
Tui eli ámár calár pathe
Shauṋkhaciler mata humŕe paŕe go
Dhare nili ámár háte

Ámár khoṋpár málá takhan gela khúle
Kadam phuler d́álá chit́ke dile
Tui balá nái kaoyá nái kena eli
Ámár jáná cená kulite path dekháte

Tor surer máyájále man majeche
Tor nácer chande tále man meteche
Tui eman bháve bháv karis kena
Ámi cái nái toke tabu eli bhuláte

In harmony with a morning melody,
On my way to the forest, You came.
You came to me along the footpath;
Swooping down like a kite,
You caught hold of my hand.

At that time, my bun ring came undone,
Making my crown of kadam[nb 2] fly off.
Unbidden, why did You come
To show me a familiar path?

With the magic of Your melodies, my heart was won;
With the rhythms of Your dance, my mind got lost.
For what purpose do You cultivate such friendship?
I don't ask for You; but, ignoring that, You come.
