Bahe madhu pavan e jyotsnáy Malayaparashe surabhi rabhase Pik kii kathá shońáy Kishalaye rauṋe dhará náciche Cyuta mukuler gandha bhásiche Kiḿshuk sane unmukh mane Shálmalii hese jáy Bakuler shej suváse mákháno Campakavan párule mátáno Kusuma bhúśań carańe jaŕáno Prakrti rúpe bholáy	বহে মধু পবন এ জ্যোৎস্নায় মলয়পরশে সুরভি রভসে পিক কী কথা শোণায় কিশলয়ে রঙে ধরা নাচিছে চ্যুত-মুকুলের গন্ধ ভাসিছে কিংশুক সনে উন্মুখ মনে শাল্মলী হেসে' যায় বকুলের শেজ সুবাসে মাখানো চম্পকবন পারুলে মাতানো কুসুম ভূষণ চরণে জড়ানো প্রকৃতি রূপে ভোলায়	Sweet breeze is blowing in this moonlight. With the touch of sandal and upsurge of fragrance, what the cuckoo tells? Colored with tender leaves, the earth dances. The fragrance of dropped buds floats. Along with kim’shuk flower with eager mind, sha’lmalii flower goes on smiling. The bed of bakul flowers is smeared with fragrance. The campak garden is frenzied with pa’rul flowers. Decorated with floral ornament at the feet, the nature charms with beauty.
