Kena ke jáne

Mananer adhirohańe

Ámár bhuvane chilo phal phuleri melá
Táhárá t́eneche more ámi chilum ekelá
Bujhite pári nái háriyá keṋdechi tái
Hatásháy ápana mane

Ámár bhuvan áj tava bhávete bhará
Se bháver madhyamańike khuṋje ámi sárá
Khoṋjá cháŕá path nái khuṋjiyá calechi tái

ভালবাসা এলো জীবনে
কেন কে জানে
তব সন্ধানে গিয়ে
মননের অধিরোহণে

আমার ভুবনে ছিলো ফল-ফুলেরই মেলা
তাহারা টেনেছে মোরে আমি ছিলুম একেলা
বুঝিতে পারি নাই হারিয়া কেঁদেছি তাই
হতাশায় আপন মনে

আমার ভুবন আজ তব ভাবেতে ভরা
সে ভাবের মধ্যমণিকে খুঁজে' আমি সারা
খোঁজা ছাড়া পথ নাই খুঁজিয়া চলেছি তাই
ভালবেসে যাই গোপনে

Love arrived in my life–
Who knows why–
Having gone on a quest Thine,
With ascent of surmise.

In my world a fair of fruits and blooms had been there;
They've attracted me, as I had been lonely.
I can't comprehend; and so, defeated, I have wept,
With despair in my own mind.

My world today, by Your contemplation is replete;
That abstract central gem having sought, I'm complete.
Absent search there's no path; so, seeking I've proceeded;
Liking in private go I.
