I know not the why's answer. Why had it felt so auspicious; Thought did it take captive. Why am I in nights serene, On Him ever to think? To set aside fatigue and grief, Him have I solicited. Why in meditation, Him having seen, I become abstracted? The outside world gets vanquished; Stunned are seconds counted. Why am I on a thought-stream To mingle with Him only? To be above glee and grief, I go on craving Him. Mayhap to explain I'm unable.
