আমার তরে এত করো
আমার হৃদয় সুধায় ভরো
তবুও তোমায় চিনিনি
ছিলুম অন্যমনে

Even from afar some realize.
Even having gained the touch of life, some bide
In a dreadful, mundane fright;
And some, though not knowing, they still rely.

Under the light of dawn or neath the night's ebon,
On the blue yonder or through glamor of form,
Even viewing, some don't hear the song;
And some hear, though they don't catch sight.

For myself You do so much;
My heart You fill with ambrosia.
Yet with You acquaintance I didn't make;
I had been preoccupied.
