Malay esechilo káńe káńe kaye gelo
Tumi ásite páro áj
Ákásh thákibe niil álo bhará e nikhil
Prakrti paribe phulasáj

Káro thákibe ná duhkh nandita habe mukh
Áshár áloy bhare ut́hbe sabár buk
Sabár májháre ese madhura mohana hese
Báṋshii bájábe rákhál-ráj

Svágata jánáte tái taeri áchi sabái
Maner torań-dváre túrja báje sadái
Eso tumi krpá kare bhálo beso hrdi bhare
Morá kare cali tava káj

মলয় এসেছিলো কাণে কাণে কয়ে গেল
তুমি আসিতে পারো আজ
আকাশ থাকিবে নীল আলো-ভরা এ নিখিল
প্রকৃতি পরিবে ফুলসাজ

কারো থাকিবে না দুঃখ নন্দিত হবে মুখ
আশার আলোয় ভরে' উঠবে সবার বুক
ববার মাঝারে এসে' মধুর মোহন হেসে'
বাঁশী বাজাবে রাখালরাজ

স্বাগত জানাতে তাই তৈরি আছি সবাই
মনের তোরণদ্বারে তূর্য বাজে সদাই
এসো তুমি কৃপা করে' ভালো বেসো হৃদি ভরে'
মোরা করে' চলি তব কাজ

The vernal breeze had arrived, it went on whispering:
You may come today...
Skies will stay blue, full of light this universe;
In floral dress nature will be arrayed.

No one will remain sad, faces will be gladdened;
Suffused with hope's light will rise every breast.
Having come amid all, smiling sweetly charismatic,
Oh the Herdsman-King, a flute will You play.

Hence, everyone we are ready to proclaim welcome;
A bugle sounds at all hours at mind's portal, at its door.
Please appear graciously and hold dear; hearts abrim,
We go on plying Your trade.
