Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Nandanacandanasár hate
E sudhásyanda eseche
Nrtye o giite chande cakite
Nava jiivaner váńii eneche

Atiite kakhano hayniko jáhá
Amará rabhase bhese elo táhá
Mánava citte niirave nibhrte
Priitir pasará d́hele diyeche

Jebá jethá ácho shońo mor kathá
Racita hayeche rág itikathá
Sabár sáthe e paramárthe[nb 2]
Sabe chut́e eso bhor hayeche

From the pith of sandalwood delicious,
Arrived has this emission of ambrosia.
Rapidly through a rhythmic dance and song,
The message of new life it has brought.

What did not happen in days past at any time,
That came floating with a heavenly delight.
Into the human mind, silently and in private,
It has let be poured the wares of love.

Who- and wherever you be, hear words of mine:
Color's chronicle has been inscribed!
To this Truth Supreme, with everyone along,
All of you come running; the morn it has become.
